We are a recently married couple who by no means are any kind of contenders for Masterchef, but love cooking. We will happily spend a day in the kitchen on the weekends mixing together what ever it is that takes our fancy. We love having friends and family over for dinner and searching our many cookbooks and the internet for the perfect menu plan. James is a fantastic mixologist which is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails and loves baking breads from around the world. I have a small obsession with anything French at the moment, but still love throwing together a relaxed Asian meal or something a little Italian. So we thought that we might just share a few things with you.... so here it is "Cooking with Rache and James"!
